Product Description

A neutral low foam carpet shampoo for use in hot water extraction machines. With the use of a water extraction carpet machine a high pressurized stream of solution is sprayed onto the carpet. Almost instantaneously, the excess moisture and dirt are removed by suction. Novalite is a concentrated, low-foaming additive which improves the searching power of the extraction carpet machine equipment. Easily diluted and very economical, it cleans well, even softening many water-soluble and oil-soluble stains. 1 x 5 litres.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must still be in it's original packaging.

You must complete our online returns form and await confirmation before returning any goods to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If approved a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer you can expect to receive the money within 7 days of the refund being processed.

Shipping

Unless the items returned are faulty or damaged you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the items. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
