Our advanced formula penetrates fibres to reduce static, ease ironing, and enhance the overall feel of your garments, while imparting a long-lasting, pleasant fragrance. We have a standard fabric softener and a premium velvet option for that extra bit of luxury. All of our chemicals are manufactured in the UK. Restores softness and bounce to woolens etc. Will also reduce static cling in man-made fibres making ironing easier leaving your clothes with a lovely fresh fragrance. 1 x 5 litres.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must still be in it's original packaging.

You must complete our online returns form and await confirmation before returning any goods to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If approved a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer you can expect to receive the money within 7 days of the refund being processed.

Shipping

Unless the items returned are faulty or damaged you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the items. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
