Product Description

Powerful enzymes blended with detergents work together to achieve excellent hard and soft surface cleaning. The enzymes break down odour causing compounds in a variety of soiling types including odours from urine, vomit and food spills. The product can be used on soft surfaces such as carpets, upholstery and fabrics and may be used in carpet water extraction machines. Due to the nature of this product, variations in colour may occur alongside potential sedimentation. This is quite normal and does not impact the performance of the product. 1 x 5 litres.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must still be in it's original packaging.

You must complete our online returns form and await confirmation before returning any goods to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If approved a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer you can expect to receive the money within 7 days of the refund being processed.

Shipping

Unless the items returned are faulty or damaged you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the items. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
