All items will be delivered by our trusted couriers within the APC Network and where goods are in stock and orders are received before 2pm items will be despatched the same day.

If a valid email address and/or mobile number has been provided customers will receive order tracking details and will have the option to nominate a 'safe place' for delivery if required.

In the event of non-delivery, damaged delivery or missing items please contact our office or see our 'Returns Policy' for more details.

What do I do if I won't be in for my delivery?

We know that sometimes you can't always be there when the courier will be arriving. If you have received an email from the courier you can nominate a safe place, details of a neighbour where your delovery can be left or arrange a more convenient time. if this is not possible the courier will leave a card with details on how your delivery can be rearranged for a time that suits you.

What if there are items missing from my delivery?

In the rare event that an item is missing from your delivery please contact our office and inform us as soon as possible so that we can try to locate the missing item/s and if required despatch replacements to you as soon as possible.

How long will my delivery take?

All items in stock and ordered before 2pm on a Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day. For example orders on Friday will be delivered on a Monday and orders on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

Please contact our office as soon as possible with details of the damaged item and where possible attach a picture. We will let you know what to do with the damaged item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
