Where are you based?
Our offices are based in Braintree, Essex but we deliver Nationwide. Nowhere is too far for us parrots to fly!
What are your opening hours?
We are open for calls from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We look forward to hearing from you!
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. Upon completion of order you will receive a VAT invoice by email. If you have any queries or would like a copy please contact our office and ask for our accounts department.
Can I collect my order from you?
No. Currently we do not have the option for customers to collect from our site.
Where do you deliver?
Did you know that some parrots can fly 50-100 miles in a day? We will deliver anywhere in the UK.
Can I open a credit account?
No. In order to keep our prices competitve Red Parrot do not offer credit accounts and all orders need to paid for by credit or debit card before despatch. If you have a trade or bulk order please contact our offices where we will be more than happy to help you.
