Tiboo Sugarcane Matic Toilet Rolls are eco-friendly, yet cost-effective system toilet rolls ideal for schools and offices. It is whiter and softer with a premium feel and breaks down upon contact with water much quicker than other types of paper. The Tiboo Matic Toilet rolls will fit various toilet roll dispenser systems. The sugarcane material is made from bagasse, a byproduct of the sugar production process that would have otherwise go unused. It is known as a renewable resource and requires less water and energy to produce compared to wood pulp toilet tissue. Like all plants, sugarcane can absorb CO2 but sugarcane does this much faster than trees, so absorbs more CO2 over its life cycle. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must still be in it's original packaging.

You must complete our online returns form and await confirmation before returning any goods to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If approved a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer you can expect to receive the money within 7 days of the refund being processed.

Shipping

Unless the items returned are faulty or damaged you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the items. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
